Rexburg Temple Views – Located just one block from beautiful views of the Rexburg Idaho Temple and within approximately one mile of BYU-Idaho. 5 Private Bedrooms – Two king bedrooms and three queen bedrooms provide comfortable private sleeping arrangements for families and groups. Two Inviting Living Spaces – Enjoy the remodeled front parlor with tasteful furnishings and a Smart TV, plus the larger family room with reclining seating, a fireplace, and the home's memorable hanging swing chair. Oversized Fully Stocked Kitchen – Plenty of room for preparing family meals, with a center island seating four, coffee maker, stove, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. Large Fully Fenced Backyard – A long grass lawn, swing set, children's playhouse, and peaceful views across acres of open land give families plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. Primary Suite + Balcony – The spacious primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, gas fireplace, private bathroom, closet, and balcony overlooking the surrounding open farmland. 2-Car Garage – Guests have access to the garage and driveway, with additional street parking available where permitted. Parking Guests have access to the 2-car garage and driveway, with additional street parking available where permitted. The neighborhood features wide residential streets that make arrival and unloading convenient, including for larger vehicles. Guest Access Reserving Home Sweet Home provides private access to the nearly 3,000-square-foot home, fenced backyard, garage, kitchen, laundry facilities, living spaces, and available amenities. Contactless check-in is provided through a coded smart lock. Our team is available by message or text if you need anything during your stay. House Rules & Helpful Info Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone. Pet Policy — No Pets Due to severe pet allergies within the homeowner's family, pets are strictly prohibited at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an allergen-conscious home. Smoking & Substance Policy This is a smoke-free home: No smoking or vaping No recreational drug use Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees. Neighborhood Quiet Hours City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors. No Parties or Events This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Please help us maintain a positive relationship with our neighbors by keeping outdoor activity and music respectful. Swing Chair The hanging swing chair in the family room is provided for gentle sitting and swaying only. Rough swinging or excessive movement may damage the chair or home and result in additional damage charges. Contactless Check-In & Host Access We offer a seamless arrival with our smart lock system. If you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message or text away. Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook. Security Deposit & Damage Waiver Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation. You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
