This unique property has its own style and is a 5-minute walk to a fine sandy beach and bathing jetty. One of Sweden's 25 best golf courses, Rya GK, is 500 metres from the property. It is 10 minutes walk to stations for bus and train that take you to Helsingborg, Malmö, Helsingör and Copenhagen within an hour. Rydebäck has a grocery store, library, health center, farm shop, ATM, pharmacy, church, four good restaurants and two pizzerias. The space You will be staying in a beautiful annex/studio to the villa, it is about 50 m2 and you have access to beautiful garden. The bedroom is about 14 m2, the living room with small kitchenette, about 17 m2. The rest of the surface consists of tambour and bathroom.
