This unique home has its own style and is located 5 minutes' walk from a nice sandy beach and swimming jetty. One of Sweden's 25 best golf courses, Rya GK, is 500 meters from the property. It is a 10-minute walk to stations for buses and trains that will take you to Helsingborg, Malmö, Helsingör and Copenhagen within an hour. Rydebäck has a grocery store, library, health center, farm shop, ATM, pharmacy, church, four good restaurants and two pizzerias. The space You will stay in a beautiful annex/studio to the villa, it is about 50 m2 and you have access to a beautiful garden. The bedroom is about 14 m2, the living room with a small kitchenette, about 17 m2. The rest of the area consists of a tambour and bathroom. Exit with patio doors to the garden from the bedroom and living room. Private entrance. Lantern in the living room. I am very open to input and requests. Other things to note We have a cat, Swea, who takes care of the garden. We who live here like to work in the garden, so we may run into each other there.
