Centrally located in trendy GRÜNERLØKKA - Bright corner apartment with Scandinavian design furniture, spacious master bedroom, and a smaller one overlooking Oslo's most popular park, Sofienbergsparken. The wow factor is 3 meter high windows, private south-facing balcony, common quiet roof terrace on the 8th floor with panoramic views of Oslo, and the grocery store in the basement. Located in a quiet street with 5 min through the park to the restaurants and shopping. Walk or take the tram to the sea, the saunas, or the subway to alpine, sledding and ski slopes. The space The apartment has a high standard, good beds with linen or Egyptian cotton bedding, bathroom with washing machine and dryer, and kitchen with all the facilities a home should have. The largest bedroom (12 m2) has The Frame with streaming services such as Netflix, Max, Prime, etc., French balcony, large wardrobe, and 180 cm bed. Here it is possible to get an extra bed or travel bed if ordered by the guest at the time of booking. The smaller bedroom (6m2) has a 150cm bed, views of the beautiful Sofienberg Park and space for a travel cot. The apartment is suitable for two couples (4 guests in total) or families with children (six guests in total). The apartment has stair-free access with elevator, wide doors and no door thresholds. Other things to note The extra bed or travel cot for children in the master bedroom and bedding on the sofa bed are only available on request, i.e. must be booked by the guest at the time of booking. Standard bedding is bedding for 4 guests on the two double beds, 2 guests on each of the double beds in the bedrooms, unless otherwise requested by the guest at the time of booking. Visits by guests not included in the booking are not allowed and all guests must be registered in the booking. We don't accept groups or guests for parties or other events in the apartment. In summer, Sofienbergparken is the most used park by both Grünerløkka and Oslo residents. Occasionally, concerts are also held (Picnic in Sofienbergparken in June). The apartment is close to the Øyafestivalen music festival in Tøyen (in August). Some noise may occur both during the day and in the evening during these periods. After 11 p.m. it should be quiet in the park after concerts or festivals.
