Cheerful 5-Bedroom Farmhouse in Round Top!

Darling farmhouse ideal for a large group or vendor who needs a comfortable, well-furnished home centrally located in the middle of the big Antiques Show. The entire house is furnished with authentic European antiques, creating instant atmosphere from the moment you step through the front door. Enjoy a cool drink on the porch swing in the evening! This house sits behind Round Top Ranch Antiques, who saved & restored the original farmhouse now offered for convenient lodging throughout the year. The space With a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer and large porch complete with swing, ceiling fans and table, it will provide a cozy getaway. On the main floor, the sunny master bedroom has a king size bed, large antique dresser and charming table and chairs. The other two downstairs rooms each have two twin beds, an antique armoire and desk with chair. All downstairs rooms have a ceiling fan in addition to central AC and heating. Go up the narrow, original stairwell to the upper loft rooms. The low doorways open to the fun, cozy dormer rooms, one with two twin beds and the other a private single that overlooks a seasonal pond. Down comforters are included for the cooler fall and winter nights. Enjoy the peaceful country nights out on the porch or eating around the dining table. While free Wi-Fi is included, there is no tv to distract your evening. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself! Depending on your group, there are individual door keys for the house and each bedroom if you want a bit of extra privacy/security. Other things to note So there is no surprise, there is no tv nor family room in this restored farmhouse, and armoires or large dresser are used as closets downstairs (since they did not have built-in closets back then!). The stairwell to the attic rooms is quite narrow, and the upstairs doors are uniquely short as they were adapted to the arched roof. See photos for more details!
