Private parking and outdoor shower. No stairs except 2 to bathroom. Part of a house with other private units, no connecting doors or shared spaces. See house rules to confirm good fit. The space This unit is part of a larger house with two other units. It is a completely private space with its own entry and no access between units. There has been extra walls added with sound barrier material, but it’s not possible to completely sound proof. There is one large bedroom with small desk. The second Queen bed is a Murphy bed in the living room. Other things to note Unit includes shared access to the Weber grill and furniture on the patio in the back yard. Also, a shed with beach wagon, beach chairs and toys.
