Nestled amongst a beautiful neighborhood, The Happy Place is a relaxed, freshly renovated, and fun house. It has a beautiful heated pool. Only a short walk to Perth’s 2nd biggest nature reserve, this peaceful haven is perfect for families, couples, or friends. With 2 bedrooms, a playroom, a beautiful alfresco overlooking the pool, and a chill out deck beside the pool, The Happy Place is perfect for late breakfasts, entertaining BBQ's, swimming in the pool or drinking cocktails in the alfreco. The space The Happy Place contains 2 bedrooms, the master with a king size bed and the 2nd room with bunk beds. The house has been recently renovated with a brand new kitchen, flooring, and painted throughout. There is one bathroom with two separate toilets. The house has air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the lounge room. There is fast, wireless internet, a smart TV with Chrome Cast, board games and a fully equipped kitchen with brand new fridge, microwave, oven, stovetop, and dishwasher. The Happy Place is child friendly, with a great safe, fenced backyard. There are toys inside and outside, a cubby house with slide, board games and books available for guest use. Please note that the cubby house and playroom are not pictured as they are currently under renovation (due for completion in October) The house is ideal for families of 2 adults and 2-3 children. Guest access You will enjoy access to the entire house and yard other than the garage. Please make yourself at home! Other things to note The house is located at the front of a triplex and has a shared driveway with the middle neighbor. As the house is located in a residential neighborhood we have a strict noise policy. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited unless prior arrangements have been made with Management. Disturbance to neighbors including excessive noise and loud music is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. If a noise complaint is received a first warning will be given, if a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
