The house was completely renovated in 2020 and equipped with Smart home with remote controlled lighting and heating. The house is located in a quiet area with fantastic views. It is a short distance to Aksla and 2 km to the mountain lodge (the city view point). Bus stop is right in front of the house with frequent departures. Other things to note - Surveillance camera above the exit door. - Use of washing machine: 1 free wash per day. Exceeding that, it costs NOK 100 per wash. - TV is the same size as in the picture but lacks the brown frame. - Roller blinds dimming but not light-proof. - The exit door must be pressed hard to lock.
