Sunrise Farm is a beautifully appointed 3 bed detached family home with private hot tub enjoying stunning views over the Nottinghamshire countryside. Stylish and spacious accommodation offering large open plan kitchen/diner, lounge, downstairs WC, master bedroom with super king size bed with ensuite shower room, bedroom 2 with king size bed, children's room with cabin bed which can sleep 2 and large family bathroom with bath and shower. Large drive with private rear garden. The space This home is located on the outskirts of the village of Lambley, with many beautiful countryside walks on the doorstep. The village offers 3 individual country pubs offering great food and drink. There are many tourist attractions nearby and Nottingham city centre is only a 15-minute drive away. As you enter the home, there is a welcoming entrance hallway with plenty of room for cloaks and shoes. The spacious and kitchen and dining area can seat up to 6 people with French doors allowing access to the garden and hot tub. Please note, we do not allow guests to use the hot tub past 10pm. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils, guests will have access to everything they need to need to cook and entertain. Next to the kitchen is a fabulous dual aspect lounge with space to relax on comfortable sofas with views over the surrounding countryside. The large flat screen smart TV offers guests access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney + to name a few. There is also a downstairs WC and off the kitchen is the utility with washing machine and dryer which can be used by guests if required. Upstairs there are 3 available bedrooms: Bedroom 1 – Super king bed with built in wardrobes, dressing table, smart TV and ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 – King size bed with build in wardrobe and drawers. Bedroom 3 – Only suitable for children, cabin bed with option to sleep 2. Family bathroom with bath with rainfall shower. Externally there is a patio area across the rear of the property, which is equipped with outdoor furniture (available May to August), flat lawn area which leads to the private decked terrace with hot tub. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the property during their stay. Guest will be given a code to access the key safe prior to their arrival, making check-in very easy. The property has a private driveway with parking for up to 4 cars. Check in from 3pm. Departure by 11am.
