Guest access Guest can acess the entire house except for that 1 bed room and toilet we reserved for our personal and storage, rest assured that they are safe and it is privately maintain during their stay, the unit is kept privately for the guest/s alone. Other things to note Pls note that long term rental will include weekly cleaning of 500 to properly maintain our unit, change of bed covers for our guest are also included in that amount. Cap of 3,000 pesos from the electricity bill and on top of that guest have to pay in excess. Damages and loss of items will be charged and must report to us immediately to avoid inconvenience for both parties.
