The building is on a hillside, so there are stairs down from the parking lot to the building entrance and an additional set of stairs to reach the unit. The bedroom has a brand new king bed with a spacious layout. The kitchen has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker along with all the cookware and utensils you'll need. The living area has a sofa with a full size pullout bed for extra sleeping space. The eat in kitchen table works for meals or as a workspace. Laundry is in the hallway and shared with other units in the building. When winter comes, the SnowPine Lift is right next door with ski in/ski out access directly from the patio, conditions permitting. This unit does not have air conditioning.
