Apt. with a private Sauna in old Berlin factory

Two rooms specious and minimalist apartment in an old berlin factory in the heart the hip Neukölln area. The apartment was newly renovated with a new kitchen, floor heating and a private sauna. The two rooms turning to the inside courtyard of building where no cars are allowed and peaceful. *To our German guests- since our worst reviews come from Germans, we please ask you to read carefully all the description of the property before booking to make sure this is the right fit for you:) The space The apartment is a part of a big loft and so the entrance corridor spilts to two apartments which both have a common washing machine room. We live in the other apartment and so can accommodate most of the times saving your baggage in case of a late departure. The staircase of the building is not renovated and so still has the old Factory Charme. Please notice that because we are hidden inside the block of a few buildings, you would need to read the check in instructions carefully before your arrival. If you do that, it’s quite easy:) Other things to note * the apartment does not have a cappuccino machine, it does have an Italian espresso cooker and a French press. * the neighborhood has lots of bars coffee shops, restaurants, galleries and second hand stores to offer but it is not the cleanest in the city and very mixed cultured. * we use organic washing soap and so it does not smell like your usual chemical soap. But has a very gentle smell. * the floor is being washed after every stay - the “stains” on the floor are not dirt - it’s a part of the texture of a concrete floor. * while the apartment is newly renovated- the building is not!
