Renovated and newly equipped apartment in a very good, central location at the start of the 2022 season. Our wheelchair-friendly apartment Boye is barrier-free. You can park right by the house in front of your apartment during your stay. You can use Wi-Fi and a TV with Magenta TV reception. The center of the apartment is the 25 m² living room with fully equipped fitted kitchenette (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, dimmable lighting), fridge/freezer, dining area and The space a cozy seating area. From the living room you can reach the bedroom, which is equipped with 2 electrically adjustable care beds ("Dali") and a wardrobe. You can provide the beds with standing aids that are stored in the bedroom. From the bedroom you can reach the terrace via a small ramp, which is equipped with seating and a table. The window and the terrace door are equipped with blackout pleated blinds. The shower room (about 4.5 m²) is inside. The shower is floor-level, the toilet has swivel support handles on both sides. We have years of experience in accommodating wheelchair users or otherwise restricted guests and cooperate with the medical supply stores in Büsum and Heide. Please contact us so that any aids you need from there can be delivered in good time before your arrival. Note: A new property will be built on the neighboring property facing away from the apartment from October 2024, so it may be possible there may be noise during the day due to construction work. The conditions include a discount of 15% on the regular rental price (services and visitor's tax are not discounted). Our apartment Boye is close to the supermarket (150 m), the train station (200 m), the harbor (450 m), the town center (500 m) and the main beach (800 m) on the ground floor of a house built in 2001. You can park right by the house!
