The river house offers both indoor and outdoor lounge areas and is just a few houses down from the mouth of the Saginaw Bay. If you have a boat there is a 45’ area to dock it out front. The space **Inside the space: There are 3 Bedrooms Master bedroom with a king size bed, a guest bedroom with a full and twin size bed and a second guest bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed. ****please note the guest bedroom with bunk beds is off the porch and not insulated!!!! This room can be very cold in the winter when temps drop below 40. Please feel free to ask about tips with this room if you need it durning a cold weather month.**** The bathroom has a stand up shower and a washer/Dryer. You can enjoy the day and the night from either the indoor living area or the screened in lounge area outside. WiFi TV and DVD player inside. Playing cards and some other games available. **Outside the space: Fire pit and outdoor seating in the yard by the river. Space on the seawall to dock your boat. Plenty of room to store kayaks and other water toys. **Things to do: Take a ride down the river, enjoy lunch or Dinner at a local restaurant on the water. Take bikes or run/walk to the rail trail to Downtown Bay City (4 miles) or a nature preserve (3 miles) Enjoy the State Park Fishing/hunting Take a boat out to the Saginaw Bay and anchor in front of the State Park and enjoy the beach. Take a cruise to downtown Bay City via the Saginaw River. For the larger boating enthusiasts, take a cruise to Linwood, Tawas, Charity Island, Caseville or multiple other destinations in the Saginaw Bay.
