Note: Access is only possible via the beach (by 4x4 car) or the estuary. The space This beautiful property features 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, along with a service room that has its own bathroom. The living spaces include a main room surrounded by hammocks, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The social area includes a guest bathroom and a bar lounge with a mini refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped and complements a spacious dining area, ideal for family gatherings. To cool off, enjoy the pool, which has its own bar area and comfortable lounge chairs for sunbathing. Next to the estuary, there’s a cozy spot to take in the views. To end the day, our fire pit area by the sea is the perfect place to watch the sunset and share delicious s’mores. An unforgettable experience awaits you! Guest access As part of the check-in procedure at the property, identification will be required from all individuals who will be staying before entry. Other things to note Due to the property’s exclusive and private location, access is only possible via the beach or the estuary. For beach access, a 4x4 vehicle is required. However, if you don't have one, we recommend taking the boat transfer. This will take you through the estuary to the property, allowing you to fully experience the Barra de Santiago. The round-trip cost for the boat transfer is $20. You can leave your vehicle in a secure private parking area for $5 per night. Feel free to contact us if you’d like to arrange any of these services.
