By renting the two bungalows together, we open up the deck integration between the units, allowing families and groups to feel together without giving up privacy. Located in the quiet and safe Caborê neighborhood, our bungalows invite you to relax, reconnect and experience nature in harmony with the city. In just a 15–20 minute walk, you can reach the historic center or Jabaquara Beach, with markets, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Eco-Chalé Cozy and full of charm, the Eco-Chalé accommodates up to 4 people, ideal for couples or small families. Upstairs bedroom: double bed, air conditioning, feather pillows, wardrobe, desk and large windows with double curtains — some blackout — allowing soft light to enter in the morning. The room opens onto a green roof with two chairs and a small table, perfect for a quiet breakfast or moments of rest in the sun. Staircase: charming sailor-style staircase, sloping and narrow, which adds an artistic touch to the architecture of the Chalet. It may not be ideal for elderly or disabled people. Ground floor: integrated kitchen-living room with two-seater sofa bed (two single beds 80x189 cm), spacious bathroom with solar-heated shower and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, cooktop, electric oven, blender, stainless steel pots and utensils). Mosquito nets, portable fans and blankets ensure extra comfort. Ipê Bungalow With a unique personality, the Ipê Bungalow accommodates families, groups or couples looking for rustic-chic charm and comfort. First floor: master bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed (80x189 cm), air conditioning, mosquito net, portable fan, closet, desk, blackout curtains and blinds, with soft natural light. Floorboards in the hall and bedroom create a cozy atmosphere. Full bathroom with solar shower next door, also shared with the additional sleeping corner. Large living room: equipped kitchen (4-burner stove, refrigerator, stainless steel pots, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pressure cooker, dishes and utensils) integrated into the dining area for 4–6 people, white burnt cement floor, hammocks and large doors/windows, bringing the exuberant nature of the yard into the space. Sleeping area/TV: foam double bed, mosquito net, fan and privacy curtains, ideal for additional guests using the first-floor bathroom. Mezzanine: charming suite with double bed, air conditioning, mosquito net, portable fan, desk, cozy floor with carpet, curtains (some blackout) and view of the mountains and the living room below. Outdoor Area Large backyard, shared only with the Peroba Bungalow, with vegetable garden, orchard, outdoor shower, portable barbecue and fire pit area — perfect for barbecues, conversation circles or nights under the stars. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the Ipê and Eco-Chale Bungalows, their belongings and private balconies. The backyard is shared only with the Peroba Bungalow. The entrance is through a common gate, with independent paths to each bungalow, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout the stay. Other things to note EXTRA GUESTS: We allow extra guests (outside the original reservation) up to the maximum limit of the bungalow, for an additional fee. Any visitor not registered in the reservation must be reported to ensure everyone's safety and comfort. CHECKOUT: A late checkout fee applies to ensure the bungalow is ready and organized for the next guests. 15-minute tolerance. PETS: We accept up to 1 pet (exceptions upon prior authorization and payment of the fee). We don't have a specific structure for pets, but they are welcome as part of the family. For the well-being of your pet and the tranquility of all, we ask that you do not leave the animal alone for long periods and that you take it for a walk. CLEANING AND DAMAGE: If additional cleaning or replacement/repairs are required, fees may apply to cover costs and maintain the bungalow's quality standard. SMOKING: The bungalow environment is smoke-free, but you are welcome to smoke in the yard, enjoying nature and taking care of the comfort of other guests. Avoid incense, candles, or mosquito coils due to the risk of fire. NOISE: To maintain the atmosphere of tranquility and peace of the HOUSE, we ask for respect for the quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. SAFETY: The houses have two floors and some sloping stairs; children must always be accompanied by their parents. PARKING: Two cars can be parked on the property, subject to availability. There is ample additional space available on the quiet street of the neighborhood. FREE (request in advance): Snorkel/mask, cooler, portable barbecue, 2 tennis rackets, hairdryer. Beach towels available in the room (please do not bring bath towels). EXTRA SERVICES (additional fee): Breakfast (pre-booking), laundry, daily cleaning, massages, tour scheduling, organic food delivery and bicycle rental. GROUPS AND EVENTS: It is possible to book the other units simultaneously for larger groups. Events or small celebrations must be pre-authorized.
