Seneca Vista: private rural lake home on Seneca lake The space Centrally located in the heart of the gorgeous Finger Lakes wine country, Seneca Vista is the perfect getaway for a family or a group looking for a place to relax and unwind. With a large yard secluded by trees, there is plenty of room to roam outside. Inside you'll find the open layout of the house provides plenty of space indoors to relax and enjoy each other's company. The walk way comes in level from the driveway into the house and the open first floor plan make it perfect for navigating if you are an elderly guest. The kitchen is off to your right when you walk in with stainless steel appliances and a large stove/oven. Going through the kitchen, you'll enter the dining area which is open to the living room with large windows overlooking the lake and patio doors to the deck. The living room has two separate seating areas with several couches and multiple patio doors onto the deck overlooking the lake, along with a cozy sitting area in front of the wood burning fireplace. From the living room you can walk into the large primary bedroom with a King size bed, windows overlooking the lake and an attached bath with a walk in shower. The first floor also has an additional half bath just off of the front entryway. Following the stairs to the lower level, you walk into a hallway area. To the right is the large family room with a sitting area, TV, a Queen/Twin trundle bed, ping pong table, and patio doors that open onto the lower level covered patio. The Family room can easily be utilized as a 4th bedroom and has a closing door between the room and the adjoining hallway. From the lower level patio, you can walk out onto the back yard, sit by the firepit or walk down the adjacent driveway and to the lake. From the hallway, turning left, you will find two more bedrooms and an additional full bath with a tub/shower. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed with windows facing over the lake. Bedroom 3 also has a Queen bed and windows looking over the lake as well. Prefer to be outside? Try the deck right off the front of the house! With a gas grill and deck table, it is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy a meal, or entertain your friends while watching the lake. And...the lake! Seneca Vista comes with 40 feet of natural lake frontage, a dock and a whip system for tying your boat. Spend your mornings fishing or watching the sunrise. The dock comes with a ladder to provide easy access for swimming. The lakefront is located down the hill from the home, accessible by a driveway to the lakefront or a walking path, across the small bridge, and down the driveway to the lake. Pack up your family and friends, grab your vacation gear, and enjoy a weekend together in the Finger Lakes! *The garage is not available for guest use. *Air conditioning is provided via wall mounted units. *A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest. **We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is over the age of 25. **No parties allowed at any time. **Pets are not allowed **Smoking prohibited **Guest must comply with maximum occupancy at all times, no exceptions. Only 8 guests at any time. **Parking for 4 vehicles. **Lake conditions are not guaranteed and are non refundable **Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking **DOCKS: A dock is provided, you are solely responsible for ensuring docks, and/or mooring facilities are adequate. Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house; however, access to the exterior storage shed or the attached garage is not permitted. Other things to note You are welcome to the limited supply of disposable paper goods, shampoos, soaps, dishwashing detergent, etc. Once you run out, it’s up to you to replace according to the needs of your group. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. Check out times must be prompt unless otherwise arranged with us prior to your stay.
