Description
Private bedroom in Williamsville — one of Buffalo's safest, most walkable neighborhoods. Seven minutes to Buffalo International Airport, making it ideal for early flights or late arrivals. Niagara Falls, Downtown Buffalo, and the Waterfront are all an easy drive. Queen bed with premium pillows, smart TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime, A/C, ceiling fan, and blackout window treatments. Everything is fresh — new furniture, new bedding, quiet residential street. The space Verizon Fios WiFi throughout the house. Free street parking right out front — no garages or lots to navigate. The home sits steps from Main Street with restaurants, coffee shops, theaters, and nightlife within walking distance. You'll typically have the house to yourself during the day. I'm always reachable by text 24/7 and my daughter lives next door if you need anything in person. Guest access Your own private bedroom with full access to shared common areas. Traveling with a group? I have a second private bedroom with a queen bed available as a separate listing — message me for the link and book both rooms. During your stay I live in the home and respect your privacy completely. Happy to keep to myself or chat, share local restaurant picks, or help with anything. Think of it as having a local friend who knows the area — without any pressure. The space is yours to enjoy. Other things to note Quiet neighborhood — please be mindful of noise after 10 PM. Street parking is free and unmetered, no permits needed. No smoking inside the home. Laundry available if you need it during longer stays. If you're visiting Niagara Falls, I'm happy to share the best routes and local spots that the tourists miss. Traveling with a companion? I have a second private bedroom available — just message me for the link.
