The Little Lodge - is a beautiful quaint space set in the heart of the exclusive town of Penarth. Is a self contained/private annex which is part of a semi detached family home. Well located, just a 2 minute walk to the bus stop (direct to cardiff city centre), and just a 10 minute walk to the nearest train stations. Making it the perfect location for weekend stays and plans to attend events in Cardiff. Dog friendly - as long as they are well behaved. Please mention when booking. The space The Little Lodge is a ground floor annex which is part of a family owned house. The accommodation has its own private entrance at the back of the house, and comprises of an open living space/ studio style, which has a double bed, 2 x single bed (only set up for 3rd/4th guest or if required. Please mention when booking if this is needed) sofa, separate bathroom with an electic shower, W/C wash basin and washing machine. Fully furnished with modern style interior, with allocated car parking on the private driveway. The Kitchen has everything you need including kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/ freezer, gas hob and oven and washing machine. It also has stools and a breakfast bar for dining. The bathroom has a stand alone electric shower (not the most powerful of showers), W/C and hand basin with clean towels available on arrival The accommodation benefits from exclusive use of the outside patio area which has a table and chairs so you can make the most of the summer evening. Gas, electric, WIFI, private parking at the front of the property. Guest access Access is gained through the back door to the property giving you exclusive access during your stay. The back door opens out on to the patio space. Directions will be provided before arrival, and keys stored in a key safe, to allow quick and easy check in.
