The fully furnished kitchen has lots of cabinets, a self cleaning electric range, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a large living room with couch and cable television. Down the hallway, you will find three spacious bedrooms and one full bath. With lots of natural lighting, and neutral décor, you will easily want to sleep in every morning. There is a large unfinished basement, for you to use as storage for longer stay terms, with a full size washer and dryer. A one car garage access is off the basement as well. Guest access This duplex has its own private driveway and a 1 car garage. It is located on a corner, so there is plenty of street parking as well. Other things to note Max guests 4 - any additional guests (adults or children) will be an upcharge $50 per month for each additional person. Pets are welcome; however there is a $150 pet cleaning fee (this is not a damage deposit).
