Just a 40 min drive to downtown Vancouver or YVR, 30 min to Tsawwassen ferry terminals, or 20 min to the US border crossing. The entire suite has been put together with a goal to provide all the comforts of home, so you can enjoy your short or long term stay. From the living with clean and comfortable furnishings, kitchen fully stocked to prepare a full meal, separate dining area to eat properly, laundry station to keep your wardrobe fresh, sparkling bathroom with all the basics provided, to the bedroom with lovely linens, it's all to make our guests feel at ease. All of this in a private, self contained main floor suite just off a beautiful garden area where you can sit and relax. Guest access The private suite entrance is located on the side of the home, accessible via a paved and lit pathway. Electronic entry ensures convenient and secure check in. There is a nice garden area right outside the suite door, with a little patio set. You can sit and sip your morning coffee, relax with a book in the afternoon, or enjoy the night stars. Other things to note Full disclosure: - This is an active family home with kids and pets! The suite has been sound proofed but you may still hear some noises from our busy household (particularly afternoons, evenings, and weekends). - The suite is not large, just around 600 sq. ft. in size. However, it has everything needed for a short or long stay. - The bathroom is only accessible via the bedroom. For this reason, the suite works best for a single, couple or a family with small kids. If there are multiple older people, this suite may not be suitable. - There is 1 bedroom with a double bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room with a double bed. By nature, sofa beds are not quite as comfy as a regular mattress and may squeak a little when you move around.
