This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom mobile home is located in a quiet, cozy community. This location is perfect for the laid back crowd. The Cozy Corner is with-in walking distance to The Famous Sponge Docks, shopping centers, restaurants and other fun excursions. You can also enjoy a walk or run on the Pinellas Trail that is located just across the street, in front of the home. The space This home is located only a few blocks from downtown Tarpon Springs and The Famous Sponge Docks, in a quiet community. There are many activities within walking distance, like shopping centers, restaurants and charter fishing. There are plenty of prestigious golf courses conveniently located, including the Innisbrook Golf Course, where the Valspar is played. This house is located only 20 minutes from Clearwater Beach and 40 minutes from other Tampa Bay attractions. Please note that there is no swimming at this home, there for we don't supply any beach equipment. We recommend you bring your own if you plan to visit a nearby beach. DISCLAIMER: The property is connected to an efficiency apartment; however, the two spaces are completely separate. Each unit has its own private entrance and designated parking area, and there is no shared access between them, ensuring privacy for all guests. As noted in the listing, we block one day before and one day after each reservation to allow for thorough cleaning and preparation. Please note that while we take great care in maintaining a clean environment, we are a pet-friendly property. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that the home will be entirely free of pet dander. Other things to note Tampering or turning off security cameras will result in a charge of $200 or immediate cancellation of the reservation. We allow up to 2 pets for an additional fee of $150.00. You can add a third animal for another $50 fee. Our homes will only accommodate up to 3 pets, per reservation. TV is Wi-Fi streaming only using apps such as Netflix. Please bring your log in information for those apps as you will need them. There is no cable. It is a Roku device which does have the Roku channel for some free tv. Visitors who remain in the home after 9 pm will be considered extra guests and you will be charged as such. Visitors are any persons not listed in the reservation. Quiet time is from 9 pm until 7am. To help prevent the spread of Covid-19, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures by blocking off 24 hours before and after a guest has stayed in the home.
