Newly built house + sauna, right by the lake

Cozy little house, 10 meters from the lake, 10 minutes outside Nora. Balcony, sauna, private swimming area, jetty and rowboat. Sunsets are best enjoyed in the hammock on the jetty (summer time). The main building is newly built in 2021 with a new and fresh kitchen and bathroom. Wood-fired fireplace. Open, bright floor plan. Large windows and glass doors facing the lake. Newly built sauna (ready to use), but the exterior and gazebo are still under construction. Quiet area close to forest with nice trails, including Bergslagsleden. Golf course about 3 km away. The space The cabin is furnished with a kitchen table, sofa set, desk, etc. The kitchen is equipped with induction stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and all other necessary equipment such as plates, glasses, cups, etc. Outside, there is a rowboat, jetty and hammock as well as a large terrace with outdoor furniture, sun chairs and a new good barbecue grill. Bring your own charcoal, etc. if you want to barbecue. In addition, there is a playground with swings and a small slide. Outdoor furniture, furnishings and household goods are a mix of old and new. There are cushions to put on the outdoor furniture. The jetty is a bit crooked, but there is also a beach shore you can swim from. It's very shallow, so great for families with children. The bathroom is tiled with glass doors in the shower. Wood-burning stove with glass door in the middle of the house. Firewood can be purchased on site. Pick up yourself behind the house. There is one bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm wide). There is a sleeping loft with the possibility of 3 sleeping places. In the loft, there is a low ceiling height. In addition, there are extra mattresses you can put on the floor downstairs, if you want to sleep more. The sauna and gazebo right on the lake are still under construction, but the sauna is now finished inside and can be used. (Firewood can be purchased on site). On the backside of the house, towards the road where you come, there are some old sheds and storage. Unfortunately, these look a bit boring and will eventually be demolished. They are private. I also have some locked wardrobes and cabinets inside that are private. Guest access As a guest in the Sjöstugan, you have access to the whole house, sauna, plot, swimming area and jetty. The sauna is newly built and ready to use, but the exterior and the associated gazebo are not fully completed. Inside, a storage room and part of the loft as well as some cabinets are closed off for private things. Even the sheds and storage rooms outside are private. Rowboat and hammock are only available in summer. Not sure what date, but get in touch if you want to know. During the summer, we rent out only for full weeks, with changeover day on Sunday. Other things to note Cleaning is not included. Can be booked for SEK 1,300. Towels and sheets are not included. Can be booked for SEK 200/person. Wood for the sauna and stove is not included, can be purchased for SEK 100. Weeks 26-32, we rent out only for full weeks, change on Sundays.
