Newly built house + sauna, right by the lake

Cozy little house, 10 meters from the lake, 10 minutes outside Nora. Balcony, sauna, private swimming area, jetty and rowboat. Sunsets are best enjoyed in the hammock on the jetty (summer time). The main building is newly built in 2021 with a new and fresh kitchen and bathroom. Wood-fired fireplace. Open, bright floor plan. Large windows and glass doors facing the lake. Newly built sauna (ready to use), but the exterior and gazebo are still under construction. Quiet area close to forest with nice trails, including Bergslagsleden. Golf course about 3 km away. The space The cottage is furnished with a kitchen table, sofa set, etc. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and all other necessary equipment such as plates, glasses, cups, etc. Outside, there is a rowboat, a dock, and a hammock, as well as a large deck with outdoor furniture, deck chairs, and a barbecue grill. Bring your own charcoal, etc. if you want to barbecue. In addition, there is a playground with swings and small slide. Outdoor furniture, decor and housewares are mixed old and new. There are cushions to add to the outdoor furniture. The jetty is slightly skewed, but there is also a beach edge you can swim from. It's very shallow, so good for families with children. The bathroom is fully tiled with glass doors in the shower. Wood-fired fireplace with glass hatch in the middle of the house. Firewood can be purchased on site. Picked up yourself behind the house. There are 2 bedrooms and one (two) sleeping loft(s). One bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm wide), and one bedroom with a 105 cm bed. In the smaller bedroom, there is only a blackout curtain to draw, so there is no wall/door facing the kitchen/hallway. There are 2 sleeping lofts, BUT only ONE ladder, so you can really only use one loft. It is possible to sleep 2 people in the loft, one box spring mattress and one foam mattress. In the loft, there is a low ceiling height. In addition, there are extra mattresses you can put on the floor downstairs, if you want to sleep more. A total of 6 people can sleep in the house. The sauna and gazebo right on the lake are still under construction, but the sauna is now finished inside and can be used. (Firewood can be purchased on site). At the back of the house, towards the road where you come, there are some old stalls and storage room. These unfortunately look a little boring and will eventually be demolished. They are private. I also have some locked closets and cabinets inside that are private. Guest access As a guest in Sjöstugan you have access to the whole house, sauna, plot, swimming area and jetty. The sauna is just newly built and ready to use, but outside as well as in the associated gazebo, it is not completely finished. Inside is a storage room and part of the loft as well as some cabinets turned off for private things. Even stalls and storage areas outside are private. Rowing boat and hammock are only available in the summer. Unsure which date, but please reach out if you want to know. During the summer (weeks 26 to 32), we only rent out for full weeks, with Sunday as the check-in/check-out day. Other things to note Cleaning is not included. Can be booked for SEK 1300. Towel and sheets are not included. Can be booked for SEK 200/person. Wood for the sauna and stove is not included, can be purchased for SEK 60/basket. Week 26-32 we only rent full weeks, change on Sundays.
