Gated community with guest card access, parking, access to two pools (one of which is heated), BBQ tiki area, washer and dryer on site, and beach access. Please bring your own beach towels and chairs. **All guests are required to check in at the lobby for a vehicle parking pass and gate key. Please note that there is a one time fee of $15 fee for parking, pool and beach access. No smoking, no drugs and no parties. Other things to note We have a NO animal policy due to HOA policy, however, service animals are welcome but documentation is required by HOA.
