Mountain hideaway in Colorado

Cozy apartment near El Colorado ski resort. Ideal for enjoying a relaxing landscape with family and/or friends. It is perfect for winter or summer sports lovers, to spend the day in the nearby centers and then relax with a beautiful view towards the mountains. Please read the "House Rules" before renting. This allows us to provide the best possible service. The space The property is very comfortable for 7 people to sleep, up to 8 if you go with someone willing to sleep on a mat in the living room. The rooms have a closet for clothes and quite comfortable beds. A fairly complete property is offered in every way, a kitchen with everything you need for cooking, furnished and clean sheets on all beds. Towels are NOT provided, but if you are a foreigner and do not have one, please let me know and I will leave you the ones you need. PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES AND ADDITIONAL RULES BEFORE RENTING. Guest access By renting the property, guests have access to the entire apartment, including the outdoor Jacuzzi, which is located up the stairs towards the back of the building. The use of this Jacuzzi must be requested in sufficient time for it to be heated (it takes about 6 hours because it is gas) and has an extra cost of $45,000. The use of the Jacuzzi is subject to the availability of keys that are only handled by the building manager. If the administrator is not in the area, unfortunately the jacuzzi cannot be used. (Read rules and tips for use in: House rules>Additional rules). Other things to note The apartment is perfectly prepared to face the low mountain temperatures in winter. It has a central heating system, radiators in all spaces, and a gas fireplace in a very cozy living room. This stove is generally used to dry clothes, but if you use it for short periods of time, you can use it as a heater. You are not allowed to change or reprogram the thermostat temperature. It is programmed to work between 22ºC and 16ºC. So if you are sensitive to the cold and think you will not feel comfortable with that temperature, I recommend you bring a coat and have a nice hot tea. (Please read the house rules). In summer, the apartment's indoor temperature is quite cool and pleasant.
