Single Room in Family House, in Beckenham

A really comfortable medium sized single bedroom in our house; 2 single occupancy rooms upstairs are AirBnB and we live downstairs. The room is lockable and has a single bed, bedside table, desk, chair and desk lamp as well as a wardrobe. In the room is your own fridge, microwave and kettle. The main kitchen is not for use other than cleaning dishes. The bathroom is shared and has a shower. Central heating is switched on from about 18°C only in the morning and evening. The space Our family home is on a residential street just 2 minutes walk away from a gym, swimming pool and public library. Postcode of gym is BR3 4PF if you would like to look into travel options. Clock House station for trains to central London (London Bridge, Charing Cross and Canon Street) is just 5 minutes walk. The High Street, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets are also just 5 minutes walk. There is small green next to the public library and the closest park is 12 minutes walk. Guest access Check in is using a lockbox, you must be familiar with the check in instructions before arrival. Full access to your own room and the bathroom, which are lockable. There is no living room / common room. We are unable to offer laundry facilities, there is a laundrette 10 minutes walk away. During your stay We are available via AirBnB messages during the daytime. We are on hand to help if needed but generally keep to ourselves Other things to note All guests must be quiet and mindful about everyone in the house. Quiet hours are 7pm - 7am If you are a shallow sleeper there are supplied earplugs.
