We do not maintain the courts of that community. * Desert Breezes Resort is in a community of other associations, timeshares and residents. Desert Breezes Resort has two pools, one by the resort’s lobby and the check-in and the other pool is surrounded by our rooms and buildings. We have access to a third pool in which is part of the overall community. The community also has a clubhouse located near all the tennis courts off the main gate on Fred Waring Dr. The community Clubhouse also has a gym which our guests can use. We do not operate these amenities and we do not maintain them. Other things to note • Parking: Complimentary on-site parking is provided. • Late Arrivals: Guests arriving after reception hours must contact reception at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid being marked as a no-show. • Pet Policy: Sorry, this is not a pet-friendly property. Only ADA Service Animals are permitted. • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited; fines up to $1000 and eviction apply. • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. • Incidentals: A hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in for incidentals. • Late Departures: Late checkout without prior approval may result in a fine of up to $500 per hour. • Room Assignment: Room assignments may differ from photos; each unit is unique.
