When not relaxing, enjoy nearby activities, which include Robber's Cave, Talimena Drive, K-Trail, canoeing, local shopping and restaurants, National Forrest, or fishing at Sardis Lake. There are many things to do in this corner of Oklahoma. And when you return home, relax around the fire pit or chill on the porch! The space Our property sets on 9.66 acres in the Potato Hill Development. We have a private drive. The cabin is 768 sq ft and is secluded, so there are no visible neighbors. The cabin has an open floor plan with views from the patio doors. The kitchen includes a gas range, a full-size frig, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, a washer and dryer, and a large island. The kitchen is fully furnished for cooking and baking. The master has a king bed with a walk-in closet, ceiling fan, ensuite, and beautiful views from the patio doors. The guest bedroom has a queen and twin bunk bed with a small closet and fan as well as an ensuite. We have an HVAC system for cooling and heating and tankless hot water. We have electric, propane and well water. There are TVs in the bedrooms and living room. Both bathrooms have a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. There are DVDs, board games, and cards for entertainment, as well as Wi-Fi and Prime Video and some local channels. Enjoy sitting and relaxing on the large porch. We also have a 2-car carport for your vehicles. We also have an exterior security camera and a small safe to lock up valuables if needed for safety. There is a fire pit to enjoy with your family. The deer feeder can be viewed from the cabin. Please read The Neighborhood/Getting Around for road conditions (Motorcycles will need to take the long loop around to the cabin). Be safe and enjoy! Guest access Guest will be able to access all spaces on the property except the shed and well house. Other things to note If you have a UTV or ATV, there are some trails in the Development that you will be able access.
