The home is nearly 4,000 sq ft and has 5 bedrooms. We have wifi range extenders all over the house to allow you to keep connected with up to 600 mbp of wifi speed. Leave the cleaning to us, in order to fully enjoy our property Each of our spacious contemporary bedrooms boasts a brand new plush mattress and tasteful furnishings, perfect for a sound night of sleep. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs with a 65 in tv in order to accommodate any accessibility needs. In the kitchen, you will find a full range of top-of-the-line appliances as well as a wine cooler and wine glasses, and fully filtered by a Waterdrop reverse osmosis system. A coffee maker is provided, along with coffee pods and tea for your morning brew. Whether you're cooking up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet dinner, you'll have all the tools and equipment you need at your fingertips. There are also two living rooms- one downstairs for entertaining and one upstairs for a more intimate movie marathon, with a TV and state-of-the-art Sonos surround sound bar. Outside we have a hot tub and sauna under a private awning so you can get your spa fix even when it rains. You will also find a full outdoor kitchen with a grill, seating and fireplace. Our property is regularly treated for mosquitos, so you can have peace of mind when outside. We put cleanliness at the top of our priority, so our hot tub is cleaned between each guest and the water is treated on a regular basis. We have adopted advanced cleaning protocols between stays to ensure the property is clean and safe for your family. We look forward to welcoming you to our home to create amazing memories! **No parties will be allowed. Our neighborhood is a very quiet family friendly haven and we want to keep it that way. Please make sure the number of guests matches that on your reservation or your reservation may be cancelled. In addition, smoking is not allowed on the property. This will be subject to extra cleaning charges. ** **Pets are subject to a one time cleaning charge and must be noted on the reservation when booking** Guest access The entire house except for the garage Other things to note Prior to your arrival, we welcome you to let us know of any requests that you may have that will make your stay most enjoyable. Pets are accepted but must be added to the reservation when you book! We ask that they are kept off the furniture, as any pet hair found on the furniture will be chargeable up to $150 per stay due to our cleaners needing to take extra time to prepare the home and remove any fur from linens, sofas, etc. Pets must also be crated when left unattended and we can provide a crate if needed! Also make sure that your total guest count (including anyone who may be visiting and not spending the night) matches the number on the reservation. If any additional guests are present, or cameras are disconnected at any time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation immediately without refund and/or impose a penalty of $500. Please no smoking in the house including vapes. $500 fine if smoke is detected in the home.
