If you need a space to take a break and re-group, this is it! There are 5 wooded acres here on this country lane, and with a dark sky full of stars, all we hear at night are the crickets and frogs. It's a favorite spot to recharge and let nature perform it's magic for you. If you need anything, 2 lovely small communities with shopping, music venues, a movie theatre, bars, coffee shops and restaurants are just down the road. Great Lakes Mall is a 15 minute drive if you need some retail therapy. The space This home has 3 private bedrooms with a shared sitting room, newly renovated bath & shower, galley style kitchen, and free laundry facilities. All bedrooms have hanging closets, dressers / shelves, and locking doors for privacy. The kitchen has plenty of storage space for your pantry items and is fully equipped with pots/pans, utensils, microwave, toaster oven and dishes for everyone's use. Please note that this is a shared home - that's the reason why the overnight costs are so affordable. There may be other guests in the home during your stay or there may be an occasional housekeeper who needs to clean a private room before an incoming guest. Your private space will not be disturbed.. If you would like to be notified of new arrivals or a scheduled clean, please inform your host. Laura would be happy to keep you in the loop! Guest access Your room is private and only accessible by you. Your door has a keyed lock and can be locked while you are at home or away, for your peace of mind. The bathroom can also be locked for your convenience. The other shared spaces can be used at any time. Everyone is quiet and respectful when using shared spaces in early mornings or late evenings, so we ask for continued consideration in this area. During your stay It is likely you may not see us in person. We are always available though via text or phone to assist with anything you may need. Other things to note Although this is a shared space, alll private sleeping rooms have keyed locks, and the bathroom has a lock as well, so everyone has their own sense of privacy and peace of mind. This country neighborhood is extremely safe and some of our woodland friends may even show up at some point to wish you well!. Registered ESA animals are welcome, as long as you let us know in advance. Please note there will be an additional $75 cleaning fee for ESA companions.
