This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Warm, comfortable and spacious, our house is ideally located: 5 minutes from the Étang de la Glacière, 10 minutes from the Dax spa, 35 minutes from the Landes coast (Hossegor, Capbreton, Seignosse...), 1 hour from the Basque Country and the Spanish border. The space Our house is located in Saint-Vincent-de-Paul. Ideal for 10 people, the house has 4 bedrooms, an unheated private pool accessible depending on the weather of the season, a garden with two terraces and wifi. The pool is accessible from June to the end of September. With an area of 160m², the house includes on the ground floor, a large living room of 100m², with equipped kitchen, a living /dining area, a bathroom with shower, bath and double sinks, 2 double bedrooms, one of which can accommodate an umbrella bed for example (we can lend you one if needed) . Separate toilet. Upstairs, two air-conditioned bedrooms: one bedroom with two single beds + a double bed and a master suite with a queen bed with shower, toilet and dressing room . Outside, you can enjoy the large terrace and private pool of 10m /5m. A barbecue is also available for guests as well as a ping pong table. Also, we provide our hosts with the necessities to start your stay, namely: toilet paper, cleaning products, 1 garbage bag, tea bags... Spacious and quiet, this house is conducive to relaxation. Cleaning is included in the rate. If you want sheets and towels, we can offer it for €50. Four parking available. No smoking inside. No animals allowed.
