Keep it simple at our lovely 2-bedroom, 3 bed duplex located less than 2 miles from Interstate 65. Our pet-friendly place is conveniently set along the Bourbon Trail with only a 12-minute drive to James Beam and 15-minute drive to Four Roses. There are many restaurants and grocery stores within a 5-minutre drive. Avoid the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the cozy space with outdoor seating and grill. The space Our updated duplex has new flooring and furnishings creating a modern and cozy space for guests to enjoy. There are 2 bedrooms and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room to accommodate up to 6 guests. The backyard has a nice grassy area for pets to enjoy. We also have a grill and comfy outdoor seating area. Guest access There is an electronic lock on the front door. Guests will be provided a unique 4-digit door code 2 days before their check-in date for access to the home. The home is a duplex with an attached neighbor. Guests have access to all of the land, front porch, backyard and driveway to on the right-hand side (when facing the front door). Other things to note The road leading to the home is a little narrow. No street parking is allowed.
