The space The 74 sqm apartment is located on the top floor of a residential building with a total of 4 floors that was completely renovated in 2022. The bright apartment consists of a living/dining room with an integrated kitchen, daylight bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). There is also a sofa bed in the living room, so that a total of 4 people can sleep comfortably. All rooms lead off the spacious hallway, i.e. none of the rooms is a so-called connecting room. Apart from the modern tiled bathroom, the apartment is designed with beautiful real wood parquet. The new kitchen, with dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer compartment, is fully equipped with the most important kitchen utensils, including coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots and much more. The modern bathroom with a window to the courtyard has a sink, a floor-level shower and a bathtub that invites you to relax. In the living room there is a large TV (43 inches (approx. 1 m)) with HDMI connection. An HDMI cable is also provided for easy playback of videos from the laptop. Guest access Via the main entrance, you come into the passage and turn right into the stairwell of the apartment building. Here you take the stairs or the elevator to the fourth / attic floor. On the left is the entrance door to the apartment. Check-in is possible at any time. Other things to note Films, software or other data that are prohibited in Germany may not be downloaded via the WLAN, as this is strictly prohibited in Germany and will be prosecuted and punished with fines.
