Double room in Musselburgh by the river

Enjoy the peace of this riverside location combined with proximity to Musselburgh high street and excellent bus links to Edinburgh city centre. This very spacious Victorian home is beautifully decorated with high ceilings and white wood panelling. It is situated on a leafy cobbled street, paces away from the river and an 8 minute walk from the beach. We have a peaceful private garden with a barbecue. There are always lots of birds to spot around the estuary. The space The property comprises the upper floor of a Victorian house. The guest room has ample storage, a double bed with an orthopaedic mattress and a table and chairs. There is a bathroom with a freestanding bath and shower room with a powerful shower. The kitchen is South facing with a Juliette balcony overlooking the garden. The garden has a small lawn with shrubs and decking. There is a large living room with sofa and armchairs. Guest access The guest room is private, the kitchen, living room and bathrooms are shared with the hosts. During your stay My partner and I are usually about in the evenings and weekends.
