Dream view of the sea

It's like the sea is starting at the window. This apartment is intoxicating with its fantastic views and tasteful decor. A double bed in the separate bedroom and a high-quality couch with sleeping function and sleeping mattress give 4 people comfortable sleep. Of course, a baby or toddler is also a welcome guest and can sleep in the crib. We love animals, so bring yours along. In the surroundings, there is everything that your vacation heart desires ;). The space This is an apartment in a well-kept house with a reception, lobby with waiting area and elevator. The sea is across the street. The apartment is on the 17th floor and has direct, unobstructed sea views. The entrance area is equipped with a wardrobe. There is a shower room with a washing machine (newly purchased in 6/22). The kitchenette has a large fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave (new in 2022), gas stove, cutlery, cups, plates (small and large), glasses, wine glasses (all in 6-fold version). There is a kettle and a manual coffee maker (French press). Separate containers are available for coffee, tea and sugar, as well as salt and pepper shakers and a cutting board. All accessories were newly purchased in 6/22. The bedroom consists of a double bed with a nightstand each, as well as a spacious wardrobe. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, which can also be pulled out as a corner couch and has a bed box. As an additional sleeping pad, there is a support mattress so that guests have a uniform lying surface. A side table and reading corner are also part of the living area. The dining area is integrated into the living area and consists of a dining table with 4 chairs. The TV is easily visible from both areas, as is the sea. Under the TV is a small shelf dresser. In the living room, all furniture was also newly purchased in 6/22. There is an airconditioning. On the balcony there are 2 chairs and a table that can be folded up in rainy weather. The apartment has its own Internet with Wi-Fi. Guest access There are no restrictions as this is a complete apartment (52 square meters according to the register). Other things to note Batumi not only has sea, dolphins, beach promenade and nightlife, but also a beautiful environment with great botanical gardens, mountains and lots of nature. It's also worth leaving the city once. This can also be done via the cable car, which leads to the mountains. In the city center there is a stadium newly opened in 2020 with first-class football and great atmosphere at a fair price.
