Home is updated and has multiple outdoor spaces to relax and get centered. Located in "The Hill" neighborhood of Port Isabel, a friendly eccentric area. Please note that winter reservations from December-April require a 3 month minimum stay. The space Very quiet and safe area with great neighbors. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and a quick 5 minute drive to the island. Guest access The front door has an electronic keypad for entry. Other things to note Please note! We require a good history of past rentals. We do not accept "instant bookings." We require a minimum of 3 months in the Winter season.
