Has power, water and propane. Wifi is finally here! Feel free to bring a tent for extra space. The property has extensive shore frontage, but it is not (quite) visible from the RV. Guest access There is nothing else on this property, so it is a private setting. This lot is on a rugged granite coast, now completely wild. There is no road or path to the shore area, but feel free to explore. Please be careful! The shore is STEEP and DANGEROUS. Keep kids and pets safe. It is not possible to swim or launch a kayak from this location, but Gordon Warf is just 1 mi south, and Sullivan town landing is 4 mi east (Hwy 1) The property borders Blaisdell cemetery, a beautiful two centuries old oceanfront memorial park. Other things to note Some of the best (dog friendly) hiking in Maine can be found right here: Sunrise cross-Maine trail, Frenchman Bay Conservancy trails, Schoodic Bog loop, and Tunk Mountain. Swim at Donnell Pond (Schoodic Beach), Little Tunk Pond and Lamoine State Beach. Other nearby places, Acadia National Park- Schoodic Peninsula, Winter Harbor - Bar Harbor Ferry, Blackwoods Scenic Hwy, Hidden Ponds Loop (Tunk Mountain).
