If you are a local resident to the Columbus, OH area and wish to book this property you must share the reason for your stay -Parties and events are not allowed -Dog friendly on case by case basis. $35/night/dog w/$200 monthly cap. **If staying for longer than 13 days, we require bi-weekly cleanings at $50 per clean** We receive notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. The cameras are on both the front and back porches. They record the front and back porches, sidewalks, front and back yards. We have access to recorded footage at all times. *****Loud & obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated and guests will be asked to leave.
