The space Newly renovated throughout, this individual two bedroom cottage offers a bright, fresh and cosy open plan living and dining space along with two spacious bedrooms and a good sized family bathroom. Fitted with thoughtful and quirky pieces we have endeavoured to offer a seaside retreat that's comfortable, characterful and spacious enough for a family of four and their doggy companion, whilst ensuring guests can make use of its enviable beachside location. Set in a small, quiet and unique community, Sea Surge is tucked just behind the sand dunes at Eccles-on-sea. This hidden away gem lies between the better known villages of Sea Palling and Happisburgh and thus, offers quieter sands and plentiful seaside walks away from the summertime crowds. Set right on the Norfolk Coastal Path you can easily set off from the front door onto a myriad of footpaths, quiet lanes and beach walks. There is an enclosed garden with a patio and outside seating plus a picnic bench for dining - to the front of the property you will find our sunset bench, which allows you to take in the warmth of the setting sun (with a glass in hand of course)! During the winter months the cottage's woodburner will keep you cosy after those wilder adventures which may leave you windswept and awakened by the fresh North Sea winds. Sea Surge is our labour of love and we hope you enjoy this little corner of the Norfolk coast. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole property. There is ample on site parking for two cars aswell as a wrap around garden area, including enclosed lawned garden to the rear of the property. Other things to note * There is a large(ish) step down from the parking area to the main door which may be difficult for some guests to negotiate.*
