Ample parking. First floor and outdoor spaces shared with owner and small dog. Maximum stay 2 weeks, home kitchen is not included. No pet fee. (well-trained dog under 50 lbs only, limit 1 dog, no cats). No additional guest fee. Nonsmoking property. The space Your suite has a private entrance off the front porch. There is a large back yard and deck for outdoor dining and relaxing and a semi-private room directly outside your private guest suite with an electric fireplace and a massage chair for reading and relaxing. The home has great WIFI for work or studying. NOTE TO GUESTS VISITING WITH A DOG: Your dog is here to accompany you on your visit so should be well-mannered. Please bypass this listing if your dog has separation anxiety and/or is not trained well. If you plan to leave your dog unsupervised alone in the suite, they must be in a crate (no longer than 4-6 hours). Leashes required always while in the outdoors of property as well. Please do not allow dogs on furniture at any time. If there is dog damage or additional cleaning/maintenance required due to obvious non-adherence to these rules, there will be a fee assessed through the Airbnb Resolution Center. Guest access Guests have access to entire first floor and outdoors of the home (excluding the kitchen and garage) to include dining area, half bath, laundry room, and den which are all shared spaces, as well as your semi-private living room attached to your private ensuite. There is a cast iron wood-burning stove in the den. There is plenty of outdoor seating on front porch and back deck. During your stay Feel free to contact me any time. Deer, turkeys, squirrels, foxes, frogs, bunnies, chipmunks, hummingbirds, owls, bluebirds, and butterflies are welcome and contribute to the natural aesthetic of the outdoor space. Please be aware of and enjoy the natural habitat. Note there is a 2% Fauquier County transient occupancy tax assessed on stays less than 30 nights.
