The first thing you’ll notice about Cabo Hermosa is a fenced front lawn with a firepit and a row of chairs, perfectly situated to look out at the ocean. Around the side of the house, discover a tucked-away private outdoor living area with a barbecue and dining area, a sitting area around a fireplace and a partially covered hot tub. If you’d prefer to relax or entertain indoors, you’ll find a sound system, cable TV, grand piano and Wi-Fi to make it easy. Details from wood floors and a stone fireplace to beadboard paneling and built-in bookcases lend the villa a cozy, cottage-inspired charm. A formal living room opens to the front lawn, while an open-concept great room with living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen opens to the courtyard—giving you the luxury of stepping outside from almost anywhere in the house. Four of the five bedrooms at Cabo Hermosa have ocean-view balconies, for a beach holiday that really feels like one. There are two bedrooms with California king beds: one a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and one a family suite with a twin bed and shared bathroom. There are also one bedroom with two queen beds, one bedroom with a queen bed and twin bed, and one bedroom with a double bed, all of which have shared bathrooms. The villa’s location in the Beaches neighborhood puts you across the street from the beach at Sunset Cliffs and less than a mile from Ocean Beach. Spend your stay swimming, boogie boarding, surfing or just enjoying a honeymoon-style stroll along the sand. For shopping and dining, there’s a downtown area less than 5 miles away, and the historic neighborhoods of central San Diego are less than 10 miles away. Exceptions to the general "No Pets Rule" can be requested. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $495 per pet that is charged for each animal that is brought to Cabo Hermosa.
