A warm loft just 4 kilometers from Matanzas. Perfect for a family of four. It has a spacious and high-ceilinged atmosphere. Attached to the bedroom is a room with a bunk bed and a closet/office. Views of the countryside, sea and other houses in the area. It has a charcoal grill for barbecues and a nice hot tub with a wood-burning boiler. On the first floor is the kitchen, bathroom and living room. On the second floor is the master bedroom (open space), a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a closet / office. The loft is on a plot of land with other houses. Access is by a dirt road of approximately 1000 meters, which has a part with a slope and potholes. All types of cars can go up, but in case of rain 4x4 traction is needed, or it can be rescheduled. Guest access Private hot tub with wood-burning boiler. Other things to note Self-sustaining loft, the water is from a well and the energy is solar. The house is highly efficient, hair dryers are not recommended as their energy consumption is very high.
