Family & friends relax in a grand treehouse on the dunes w amazing Lake MI beach access, near to picturesque towns of Holland & Saugatuck for dining & entertainment & Hope College events. Plenty to do for everyone—colorful walks through winding trails, snowshoeing or XC skiing, long beach walks or curling up by the fire. Summer brings beach activities, swim, tennis, and pool time. Dine among breathtaking scenery on the covered porch or dining room, the hardest part will be leaving. The space Relax in the huge main floor primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. The bedroom has floor to ceiling windows overlooking a stunning forest preserve. There is also an adjacent bonus walk through bedroom with a queen bed and another bathroom. Large living room with a vaulted beamed ceiling and wood burning fireplace, kitchen, dining room, screened in porch, & expansive deck surrounded by tall trees. Outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach or tennis. A spiral staircase takes you to the lower walk out level with a laundry room and two bedrooms with king and queen beds, a bathroom, and sitting area. Down the hallway is another sitting area, a bedroom with two twin beds and another bedroom with bunk beds and a fourth bathroom. So many spaces to gather and to find alone time. Guest access Guests have sole access to the main house—the main floor and lower level of the house. There is a garage/barn that does not have guest access. We are part of an association with common pool, tennis, hiking & beach. Other things to note The house is very private and located on a private unpaved road. A four wheel/all wheel drive vehicle is recommended in snow and ice. There is parking for three cars.
