Although this home is secluded it is actually only 1/2 mile to town center and 1/4 to Free transportation including National Park. Ask Manager how to streamline parking and avoid traffic especially with the many Festivals and Concerts Estes offers. Rejuvenation endorses "Safe Rides", a local Veteran run shuttle service. We have a healthy population of Bears in The Estes Valley and this property's remote setting with water creates a safe comfortable habitat for them. Keep pets tethered at all times. Please remember to take all uneaten food off the grill before leaving the property or retiring for the evening. Also keep your vehicle locked as the Bears have easily figured out how to open car doors and sliding doors on homes. Windows up and NO food in vehicles. When you see a Bear don't panic and above all don't encourage by throwing food to them. Be "Bear Aware."
