Room and recording studio in Art House.

Nestled at the foot of the Dolomites, Happy Art House is a haven for artists seeking independence or studio space. We welcome easy-going guests and pets. Shared kitchen/bath. Surrounded by nature in a renowned vineyard area, our house is a work-in-progress dedicated to art upcycling and sustainability. Negative reviews not tolerated. We require an initial conversation to ensure compatibility. There are no art limitation but we can not have loud drums or loud speakers acoustic noise is fine. The space Rented by room, we have two large double beds, and two single beds in 3 rooms. Everything is quite basic but functional. The ideal guest I have in mind is young travellers and backpackers or someone looking for a quiet place for making art, we have a home recording studio gear for electronic music we also have a real plate reverb. The monitoring system is calibrated with PMC loudspeaker so listening for mixing and mastering is possible. Guest access The one bedroom and shared bathroom kitchen and amenities. During your stay I am otherwise quite an easy going person love to talk about art, philosophy I am appointed about nature and have many hints to share about the area, unfortunately I am not often in the house.
