In Casa Agutí you will have a comfortable stay with a stunning view over the mangroves and sea from the roof terrace & one of the bedrooms, located minutes from the beaches of Puerto Morelos (by car or by bike). Full house, 2 bedrooms w/ king size bed, sofa bed, living room, fans, A/C in both BRs and living room, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, possibility of an extra children's bed or baby cot, private parking, one bike. Gated community has a pool, outdoor gym, playground & yoga park. The space Casa Agutí is located in the gated community "Puntarena", just 10 minutes by car, bike or on foot from the beautiful beaches and the centre of Puerto Morelos. There are supermarkets, banks and launderettes in the immediate vicinity. The three-storey house with 2 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is the perfect holiday home for a family or a small group of friends. The spacious bedrooms each have a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. One of the bedrooms has a spectacular view of the mangroves and the balcony has a seating area. The sofa bed in the upper living area can be used as an additional sleeping area for 2 people. We are happy to provide a baby cot or cot on request. The living and dining area with Smart TV are very spacious, from here you have a view of the backyard and the neighbouring mangroves. You may see some visitors (monkeys, toucans, etc.) in the mangroves. The huge roof terrace has cosy garden furniture and a barbecue. From here you have a breathtaking view over the mangroves to the sea, which is particularly beautiful at sunrise. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, a washing machine, solar domestic water heating and air conditioning in each bedroom and in the downstairs living room. The ideal place to enjoy the tranquillity that nature offers with the comfort and security guaranteed. Guest access The house has a private car park for 2 vehicles in front of the house. Other things to note The entire house is available to guests. Please note that this is a quiet residential area and please be considerate of the neighbours. If you wish to use the air conditioning, please switch it off when you leave the house or when you are not using the room in order to protect the environment and the electricity bill.
