The space Casa Agutí is located in the supervised residential complex “Puntarena”, in just 10 minutes you can reach the beautiful beaches and the center of Puerto Morelos on foot, by car, bicycle or on foot. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, banks and laundromats. The three-storey house with 2 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is the perfect holiday home for a family or a small group of friends. The spacious bedrooms each have a king size bed, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. From one of the bedrooms there are spectacular views of the mangroves and the balcony has a seating area. The sofa bed in the upper living area can be used as an additional sleeping place for 2 persons. We provide you with a baby bed or cot on request. The living and dining area with smart TV is very spacious, from here you have a view of the backyard and the adjacent mangroves. You may see one or the other visitor (monkeys, toucans, etc.) in the mangroves. The huge roof terrace has cozy outdoor furnitures and a barbecue. From here you have a breathtaking view over the mangroves to the sea, which is especially beautiful at sunrise. Other things to note The entire house is available to guests. Please be aware that this is a quiet residential area and please be considerate of the neighbors. If you would like to use the air conditioners, we ask you to turn them off if you leave the house or do not use the room to protect the environment and the electricity bill.
