Shared spaces are enjoyed respectfully, and guests are responsible for cleaning common areas after each use to help keep the home comfortable for everyone. Parking: One parking space is included per reservation. Access to the property and amenities is limited to registered guests only. During your stay We do not live at the property, but we are always just a message away if you need anything during your stay. From time to time, you may see us or our staff at the home for routine maintenance or upkeep. We respect our guests’ privacy while remaining available and responsive whenever assistance is needed. No one has access to the home except for other confirmed Airbnb guest, cleaners, maintenance crew or myself who may access the home during the day.
