A penalty fee of $1,000 will apply in case rules are broken! - As per Lebanese law, guests are required to provide us with their ID upon booking confirmation. - A Gaz bottle for the oven is available so kindly note, when needed, open the Gaz bottle and when you're done close it back. -Electric consumption is limited to 20 kwh per day which is reasonably enough. Extra consumption is to be charged $1 per kwh - The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building has no elevator. - Always check if the gas tank is open when you need to use the stove. --->Generator: generator will cut from 4:00 am till 5:30 am and from 3:00 pm till 4:00 pm only
