The space The apartment is located on the third floor of an iconic early 20th century building with no elevator. The central Alhóndiga street is full of life and shops during the day but quiet and peaceful at night. Fully pedestrian, however, it has multiple parking areas close to the building. Completely renovated respecting the original elements of the building: hydraulic tile floors, high ceilings, wooden beams and exposed brick walls. It consists of a bright and spacious living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom is composed of a bunk bed, with a double bed below and a single bed above. The open-plan living-dining room has 3 large windows that fill the house with light and offers a warm and cozy atmosphere, where it is easy to always feel comfortable. From its three balconies, you will have a privileged place to see Semana Santa, as it is located on the official Carrera. Guest access In this sense, it has all the advantages and comforts of a modern home.
