Peaceful and quiet neighborhood

My house is within walking distance of the city center. You can easily access everywhere, it is 5 minutes to the city center by private vehicle. There are grocery stores, pharmacies and bakeries around. The rental room is given to you as a "living room". There is no bed in the room, there is a shared bathroom and kitchen. I live in the house myself. Please take this into account, especially if you do not like pets, and I kindly ask you to consider this situation. The space I'm renting out the living room. There is 1 sofa bed and 1 normal sofa Guest access Bathroom & kitchen Other things to note I have a pet. I keep my house clean all the time, but there may be spots that I don't see. If you are uncomfortable with this, please reconsider renting
