The space Villa Kallpawasi consists of: * Living room / dining room * Kitchen equipped for 06 guests * Terrace, parking, service and permanent security, private garden of 350m2 * 1.5 bathrooms * It has 03 rooms for a maximum of 06 guests: - Main bedroom with 01 Queen bed and panoramic balcony (second floor). - Room with 02 single beds of 1 ½ places (second floor). - Room with a 1 ½-seater single bed or a 2-seater bed and a desk on the first floor. (Please consider that these beds are only enabled if 05 or 06 guests are registered in the reservation respectively, otherwise this room is used as a studio). The beds enabled according to the number of guests in the reservation, include Peruvian pima cotton sheets. Likewise, Peruvian pima cotton towels are delivered depending on the number of guests in the reservation. Guest access - Large 700m2 garden with views of the mountains and cultivated fields exclusive to the villa. Inside a condominium that we share with a second Villa with its own garden area. - We have a games table such as mini football, mini pool table, mini hockey. - Guardianship and permanent service. - Free car parking area inside the condominium. Other things to note - Kallpawasi is an Andean house, built with ancient techniques and modern comfort. With local wood (eucalyptus), clay and straw, plaster, bricks and handmade ceramics, and many Andean details that will surprise you. - The house considers the orientation of the sun to keep it at a pleasant temperature and with the necessary intensity of natural light. So, if you like to wake up early to the sound of nature and the sun's rays, the main room and our terrace will be your favorite spaces. - The house is received by guests clean, following the cleaning process required by Airbnb.
